2. Data We Collect
Through our website, contact forms, WhatsApp, and social media, we may collect: full name, nationality, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country/city of residence, property preferences (budget, location, type), and browsing data (IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, cookies). Official ID, tax ID, and proof of address are only collected later in the process, if and when a transaction is formalized — not at initial lead capture.
3. Purposes of Processing
We use your data to: respond to property inquiries; contact you via email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media; connect you with our affiliated agents/brokers; prepare quotes and manage purchase, sale, or rental processes; and comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.
Secondary purposes (you may opt out at any time without affecting your primary request): sending newsletters, promotions, new listings, and market research.
4. Data Sharing
Sunspot Real Estate does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your contact data to third parties. Your data is used exclusively by our internal team to follow up on your inquiry and provide personalized service.
The only exception is the use of technology service providers acting strictly on our instructions (such as website hosting or WhatsApp Business), who are contractually bound to confidentiality and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data if legally required by a competent authority.

You may register with PROFECO's Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) or contact us directly to opt out of marketing communications.

This notice may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. Updates will be posted on sunspot.mx with a revised date.

By submitting your information through our forms, WhatsApp, or other contact channels on sunspot.mx, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this notice.
